So I realize that it has been like two years since I have posted a review on my blog, but I have been a little busy with life. Just this last semester I got my associates degree in engineering science. That was pretty well consuming my whole life and if I'm being honest I would still like to pursue a higher degree and become an electrical engineer.
Another big thing that has happened for me is that I have finished my book that I have been writing for nearly ten years. I am very proud to say that it is done. Also I self published it and it is now for sale on Amazon. I'm not sure how many of you still come back to my page to check for updates or reread old postings, but if you like how I write my reviews I bet you'll like my book too. It is called The Hostages A Story of two Soldiers. It is not a very long book but in my opinion it is a real page turner.
My book is about two soldiers, Brendan and Jonathan, who are deployed to Iraq. They feel it is just going to be another uneventful deployment until they are captured by some locals who are tired of the war ravaging their country. Brendan and Jonathan are forced to look for any chance to escape in order to survive their terrible ordeal. But will their efforts be enough?
